Accounts Assistant - Maternity Cover
Boxmore Plastics Limited is one of the largest manufacturers of blow moulded plastic products in Ireland supplying products to the pharmaceutical, healthcare, industrial and food sectors.
Applications are invited for the position of Accounts Assistant (Maternity Cover) based in Ballyconnell, Co. Cavan.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, the position’s primary responsibilities will be accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, production recording, assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts, general office duties and other ad hoc duties as assigned.
The ideal applicant will have 1 - 2 years accounts experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment, have good computer skills, particularly in MS Excel, a certificate in accounting/business studies or equivalent is desirable, have good attention to detail, good communication skills and be able to work to deadlines and as part of a team.
A specified purpose contract; the working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
